10 rounds on the rower of:
- Pull a sub-1:25m/1:35w- 500 meter pace for as long as possible
- Rest 3 minutes
Interval training done right, is always a challenging endeavor. Today, scale the pace as needed so that the first interval can be maintained for approximately 1 minute. We expect the drop off of time but are also looking to keep the interval time to 30-40 seconds in the later rounds.
