- 800 Meter Run
- 15 Deadlifts (275,185)(225,155)(155,105)(95,65)
- 15 Strict Handstand Push-ups
Finally we can get back out on the CFBC track! This is 3 rounds of 2 laps, 15 heavy deadlifts and 15 strict push-ups. This probably will not be unbroken sets so come into it with a strategy on how to break things up. We will be modifying the HSPU’s so that everyone can do a version.
