The Push Jerk

On a 12 minute clock, for reps:

  • 1 Minute of Squat Cleans (135,95)(115,85)(95,65)(75,55)
  • 1 Minute of Push Jerks
  • 2 Minutes of Squat Cleans
  • 2 Minutes of Push Jerks
  • 3 Minutes of Squat Cleans
  • 3 Minutes of Push Jerks

Welcome to Friday! Today you will be working for 12 minutes to get reps of squat clean and push jerk. Start off with one minute of each, then two and finally we finish out the 12 minutes with three minutes of squat cleans and three minutes of push jerks. Your score is the total amount of reps during the 12 minutes for both movements. Have a good weekend!
