4 Rounds: (with a partner)

5 Minutes to complete:

  • 800 Meter Row-400m each or 1 mile bike-.5 each (alternate row/bike each round)
  • 100 Double Unders (100 singles)
  • Max Rep Power Snatch (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)

*2 Minute rest/transition between each round.

Here is another fun partner workout. We last did this January 20th, 2018. I added one more minute of rest so that you can push even harder. Each round will last 5 minutes. You and your partner will knock out the row or bike, 100 double unders and then try to get as many reps as possible of the power snatch with the remaining time. Your score will be based off of the snatch reps.
