For this Friday workout we are focusing on the hang power snatch. Snatching the bar from the hang forces you to generate a bunch of hip power as well as quickness. Build up in weight only as you perform good reps. Afterwards we lighten the load and get in some Tabata intervals. 8 rnds for each movement: 20 seconds on 10 seconds off.
