  • Build to a heavy set of 3

Then,

12 Minute AMRAP:

  • 60 Double Unders
  • 30 Sit-ups
  • 15 Front Squats (115,85)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)

We are starting off from the racks today with a build up to a 3 rep front squat. Make sure to fight to keep your elbows high and your chest up. The metcon is AMRAP style with double unders, sit-ups and more front squats.
