  • 5 Rounds of “Cindy”(5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats)
  • 15 Push Presses
  • 3 Rounds of “Cindy”
  • 9 Push Presses
  • 1 Round of “Cindy”

On this Monday we are going heavy for 3 from the racks with push press. Remember to not rebend the knees once you drive up. After that we will lower the weight and push press with a mix of the classic benchmark “Cindy”. It is never too early to Murph train. Happy Monday!
