Teams of 2, 30 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 Burpee Box Jumps (24,20)
- 10 Sit-ups
- 15 Synchronized Air Squats
- 800 Meter Run(400 each)
Work in teams of 2 today for 30 minutes. Break up the first two movements however you like and then squat together. The run will be 400 meters each.
