Build to a Heavy Complex:
- 1 Hang Power Snatch
- 2 Power Snatches
- 3 Overhead Squats
10 Minute AMRAP:
- 12 Deadlifts
- 9 Overhead Squats
- 6 Hang Power Snatches
Barbell weights (115,85)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
Olympic lifting complexes are awesome ways to practice the lifts. Pay as most attention as possible to perfecting each lift. If it feels and looks good go up in weight. If you are new to the lifts, keep it light and work on form. Afterwards, get a little more practice in a 10 minute EMOM.
