15 Minute AMRAP:

  • 1 Rope Climb (15′)
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(35,18)
  • 30 Sit-ups

We haven’t seen rope climbs in a bit. Today you only have to do one each round. This will be a great opportunity to get your first one or work on improving your technique. The kettlebell swings and sit-ups will go quickly so lots of rope time!
