The Barbell Club!

15 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Power Snatches (115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 10 Overhead Squats (115,80)
  • 15 Hang Power Cleans (115,80)
  • 20 Calorie Row/Bike (alternate each round)

The barbell is making up the majority of the workout for another day this week! The loading is moderate here so try to pick a weight that challenges you in the later rounds but still allows you to keep moving.
