In Teams of 3 for time:
- 1500 Meter Row
- 100 Clean and Jerks (95,65)
- 100 Toes to Bar
- 75 Clean and Jerks (115,85)
- 75 Pull-ups
- 50 Clean and Jerks (135,95)
- 50 Burpee Pull-ups
- 1500 Meter Row
Each team can split this up however they want. One athlete working at a time. The weight of the clean and jerk will go up as you work your way through the workout. Happy Saturday!
