- Thruster(75,55)
- Burpee
- Sumo Deadlift High Pull
- Double Unders
- Power Snatch
- Rest
This is set up like the classic “Fight Gone Bad”. Spend 1 minute at each station getting reps for a total of 5 rounds. You get to rest for one minute between rounds. The score is your total reps for all 5 rounds. Get after it!
