In Teams of two for max calories:

5 Rounds:

  • 45 second row, 15 second rest (partner A)
  • 45 second row, 15 second rest (partner B)
  • 30 second row, 30 second rest
  • 30 second row, 30 second rest
  • 15 second row, 45 second rest
  • 15 second row, 45 second rest

In this partner workout, you will alternate each minute on the rower. The duration of each interval is relatively short so make sure to push hard for each one. You will always have a little more than a minute to rest. Crush it!
