Lunge down and back for 100′

4 rounds for time of:

  • 100-ft. walking lunge
  • 30 sit-ups
  • 30 pull-ups

Here is a fun one for all of you bodyweight ninjas! This is a good change up from the weights yesterday. Steadily plug through each round, trying to stay as consistent as possible.
