Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
- 20 Dumbbell push presses(55,35)
- 40 Double-unders
This is a quick one! Pick a weight that you can do unbroken for the first round and then only 1-2 breaks. Double unders are in that range that can be unbroken. Keep going after it hard. 7 minutes should always be an intense experience.
