For time:
- 21 back squats(225,155)(185,125)(135,95)(95,65)
- 63 straight-leg abmat sit-ups
- 15 back squats
- 45 straight-leg abmat sit-ups
- 9 back squats
- 27 straight-leg abmat sit-ups
This is another version of the classic, CrossFit 21-15-9 workout scheme. However on the sit-ups that original formula was multiplied by 3. Choose a back squat load that allows you to do the first set in 3 sets or less.
