- 21 Kettlebell Swings(70,53)
- 800 Meter Run
- 15 Pull-ups
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
- 400 Meter Run
- 9 Pull-ups
- 9 Kettlebell Swings
- 200 Meter Run
This is the classic 21-15-9 rep scheme with running after each round. The distance is cut in half each round to give you the ability to really run hard. Pick a kettlebell weight that is challenging, but not one that makes you break multiple times.
