- 400 Meter Run
- 15 Overhead Squats (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- 15 Burpees
This one is the burpee edition of the benchmark workout “Nancy”. Find a steady pace from the start and try to keep it the same for all 5 rounds. You should be able to go unbroken on the overhead squats for most of the rounds. Have fun!
