Hang Power Snatch:

Today is a great opportunity to practice snatching without having to worry about the first pull from the floor. The hang power snatch is a great way to develop speed and power. If you are new to this, keep it light and work to perfect each rep. You guys that have been doing this a while should try to build up to a challenging load and the keep that weight across all five sets. Have fun!
