30 knees-to-elbows
30 sit-ups

30 overhead walking lunges

This one is really going to hit you in the midline. All of the movements are pretty similar in that way. Try to keep it to big sets so that you don’t lose time on breaks. The lunges are with a bumper plate overhead. Go after it!
