- 15 Over the Bar Burpees
This will be a great workout to end the first month of 2018. Hopefully everyone can stay as consistent as you have been in January throughout the rest of the year. When looking into what weight to use, choose some poundage that you have to fight for a bit on the squat snatches. Doing that will make sure that you will be able to roll through the clean and jerks. Don’t forget your burpees after that. They are always a fun way to jack your heart rate up before starting another round of heavy barbell.
