12 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 5 Toes to Bar (knee raise)(abmat)

The strict handstand push-ups in this one will be a nice twist. Try to keep them strict as long as possible but don’t get stuck on the wall because of it. It will also help you to try to go unbroken on the movements for as many rounds as you can muster. Enjoy!
