Today we have 3 separate AMRAPs that are each 4 minutes long. The running will stay the same but the reps/weights will change as we complete each AMRAP. To keep it simple the rest time is also 4 minutes which gives you plenty of time to change weights and catch your breath. Go hard for each 4 minutes!
