3 Rounds for time:ashdown set up

  • 800 Meter Run
  • 30 Power Cleans (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 30 Burpees

It is time to get back out on the CFBC track.  3 rounds of 800 meter runs with 30 power cleans and 30 burpees.  Keep the weight light on the power cleans so that you can roll through this!
