Bench press will wrap up our sets of 8 today. Make sure to grab a spotter to help give you the confidence to get that extra rep. Our metcon has a bit more strength and skill needed to complete. The rep count is low so push yourself to take on something more challenging as long as you can maintain good form. Have fun!
