3 Position Snatch:
- Build to a heavy set
Then,
3 Rounds for Time:
- 50 Double Unders(75 singles)
- 15 Squat Cleans(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- 15 Burpees
The 3 position snatch is a great way to work on nailing each position and building the muscle memory needed to be efficient. Try to keep each rep as clean as possible. If it gets ugly, back off the weight until you can clean it up.
