In Teams of 3row team

30 Minute AMRAP:

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 25 Thrusters (75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 15 Calorie Row

At 3-2-1 GO one athlete will begin working on a round while the other two rest.  Once the run and thrusters have been completed by athlete 1,  athlete 2 can begin their run and athlete 1 will finish the round with a 15 calorie row.  When athlete 2 completes the run and thrusters, athlete 3 will start their run and athlete 2 will finish their round.  This pattern will be followed until 30 minutes is up.  The score will be total rounds and reps.
