Our strength work today will double as skill transfer for the snatch. We will be coming from the racks with the bar on your back and a snatch width grip in place. From there we will work on dipping, driving and quickly pressing to a lockout overhead. Our metcon has two barbell movements, the power clean and push jerk along with some pullups. Stay consistent with your movements, executing good technique to conquer this one.
