- 4 Handstand Pushups(abmat)(box)
- 8 Kettlebell Swings (70,53)(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
Welcome to June! Today we have a hero WOD that is a 20 minute AMRAP. It involves two gymnastics movements and a heavier kettlebell swing. This was done at the regionals this year but in a more robust version. We will stick with the original until next time.
