- 75 Clean and Jerks(135,95)(115,75)(85,55)(55,35)
- 15 Rope Climbs-15′ (50 burpees)
We are back to our normal scheduling for Saturday’s now that the Open is over. Today we will work in teams of 3 to chip away at a big cardio wod with some strength thrown in. Try to split up the reps/calories as equally as possible while still playing towards everyone’s strengths. Enjoy!
