  • 5-5-5+pull high

3 Rounds for Time:

  • 10 Chest to Bar Pullups(chin)(banded)(ring row)
  • 10 Squat Cleans(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)

We will be adding 5 lbs to your original bench press max for this next cycle.  Just like on Monday, add the weight first, take 90% of that, then plug the 90% number into our set percentages.  Our metcon should be a burner.  Keep the weight light so that you can ramp up intensity!
