We are getting into our last weeks of the first strength cycle.  Today you will do a one set each of 5, 3 and 1+.  Squeeze out as many reps as you can on the 1+.  Our metcon continues to prepare us for the upcoming Crossfit Open.  Three movements that those of you participating will most likely see.
