Welcome back! We are continuing with 3 reps this week on our strength days. Hit that last set hard and get as many good reps as possible. Our metcon comes from last year’s CrossFit Open. It was the first wod released. You will work for 9 minutes on toes to bar, deadlifts and snatching. All of the Open wods are great tests of fitness!
