3 rounds for Reps, 1 minute at each station:
- 50′ Sprints
- Squats
- Pushups
- Box Jumps (20″)
- Pullups
- Wall Ball Shots (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
- Double Unders
- Toes to bar (knee raises)(abmat)
- Rest
Here is a good one to get you warm on this cold day! You will spend 1 minute at each station getting reps. At the end of each round is a 1 minute rest to help you reset for the next round. Record your total at the end of each round and then wodify will give you a overall total for all 3 rounds. Go after it!
