- 2 Rope Ascents-15′ (6 pullups, 6 abmat situps)
- 20 Alternating Pistol Squats
- 40 Double Unders (60 singles)
Merry Christmas Everyone! This is our last wod of the week. It is a high skill AMRAP that is going to work you. We will have scaling options for all of the movements so don’t worry if you aren’t there yet. Today is a good day to practice these skills and attempt to use them in the wod. Even if you only get a couple rounds. You got this!
