Pause Front Squats:(3 seconds)

Then,
3 rounds for time:
- 7 Squat Cleans(135,95)(115,75)(75,55)(55,35)
- 14 Pullups
Our strength work today is going to involve a pause to our front squat. In the bottom of the front squat you will stop and pause for 3 seconds before driving hard out of the hole. This is a great way to develop that explosive power that you need to recover from a heavy clean. The metcon will be a quick one. Hit it as hard as you can!
