For Time:
- 100 Double Unders(2 minutes of attempts)(singles)
- 50 Air Squats
- 40 Pushups
- 30 Deadlifts(225,155)(185,135)(135,95)(95,65)
- 100 Double Unders
We continue today with lighter loads in our strength work. Pick a weight that is within 60-65% of your 1 rep max. It is always good to give your body a break from the heavy loads to help recover both physically and mentally. The metcon is mostly bodyweight movements with a moderate deadlift load thrown in the mix. One round through, starting and ending with the jump rope in hand.
