“Team Balls to the Wall”
In Teams of two complete:
- 1600 Meter Run with a medicine ball (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
- 12 Rounds: 15 Wall balls, 5 weighted pullups, w/medball between feet or legs( with the exception of RX, partners may assist each other)
- 1600 Meter Run with a medicine ball
In this team wod we will have teammates working together and separately to complete the required work. Each teammate will run 800 meters with the ball and 800 meters without it. We will go on our out and back mile road course. Once inside teammates will alternate rounds of wallball and pullups and then finish out with another run. The goal is for the ball to not touch the ground the whole time.
