For Time (in teams of 3):
- 1600 Meter Run
- 100 Burpees
*1 athlete running, 1 doing burpees, 1 holding a medicine ball. Switch movements as needed until everything is complete.
Then,
- 400 Meter Buddy Carry
- 150 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
*Complete the 400 meters first, then the wall balls.
Then,
- 1600 Meter Run
- 100 Burpees
In this team wod we will start with two athletes working at a time to complete a 1600 meter run and 100 burpees. You can switch out however you like. Throughout all of today’s workout one athlete will always be holding a medicine ball. Once you complete the required work you will move into a 400 meter buddy carry. Once that is complete the team will take on 150 wall balls with 1 athlete working. After the wall balls are done you will repeat the 1600 meter run and 100 burpees, high five, stretch and go enjoy your weekend.
