This is going to be a great conditioning workout.  I know that due to the weather many of you have been unable to make it in.  This will be a good one to come back to.  It also will not be one that will crush your body if you have been able to do the rest of the programming this week.  Your goal is to hit each round as hard as possible and then live up the rest time so that you are ready to do it again.
