New Week

Back Squat:
- 70%x3, 80%x3, 90%x3+
Then,
7 Minute AMRAP:
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
Take advantage of this new week to start over and refocus on getting into the gym and keeping proper nutrition. Make sure to use your new “working weight” from the last time you back squatted. Stay focused and push through on your max effort set. We will run through this one more cycle and then retest. Everyone is getting stronger and I can’t wait to see all of the new PR’s!
