- 2 Minutes of Rest
Our wod today will be for total reps. You will be alternating between power cleans and push jerks every time you start a new round. So the first round you will do 2 minutes of power cleans and the 2nd round you will do 2 minutes of push jerks. The row will stay the same. Then you get to finish out with rest time so that you can go hard on each round.
