The overhead squat is by far the most challenging barbell squat movement.  You have very little room for error when a barbell is being balanced overhead.  Today we will work towards getting that balance and a heavy 1 rep one rep from the rack.  Afterwards, we tackle a classic benchmark.  Grace is sub 5 minute wod with some of the best times under 2 minutes.  Get after it!
