EMOM and Conditioning

8 Minute EMOM:
- Even Minutes: 1-3 position snatch (high hang, above knee, floor) at 65% 1rm
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes to bar(5 toes to bar)(knee raises)(abmat)
Then,
3 Rounds for Time: (12 minute cap)
- 50 Double Unders(100 singles)(50 singles)
- 50 Air Squats
We have a full hour planned for today. First we will get in some snatching and toes to bar during an 8 minute EMOM. Use 65% of your 1 rep max snatch or less if you need to. The goal is to have perfect positioning from all 3 positions while catching the bar in a squat. After the EMOM we will do some conditioning work with double unders and air squats.
