Today we start our Whole Life Challenge 74 strong! The road that we will travel will be tough, but the end will justify the struggle. We will all have days that we stumble. The important thing is that you get back up and start a new day. A new day with renewed dedication to your goal. This will not be easy but easy has never brought any improvement.
