This will be a short week of wods. If you are in town try to make it in as much as possible. We will do morning classes (including 11:45) only on Christmas Eve, closed Christmas, Friday 10,11 or open gym 10-12 and a normal weekend schedule. If you are a visiting CrossFitter from out of town please drop in and workout with us. We love meeting new friends!
