Perform 8 rounds of each movement, 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest:
- Air Squat
- Row
- Pullup
- Situp
- Pushup
*Your score is based of the lowest rep count in each of the 8 tabata rounds.
This is another classic CrossFit benchmark! Depending on class sizes you may follow a different order. Bodyweight ninjas rejoice!
