“Cindy”
20 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 Pullups
- 10 Pushups
- 15 Squats
We have done several souped up versions of “Cindy” in the past but it has been a while since we took on the original. “Cindy” is a CrossFit benchmark wod that is a bodyweight ninjas dream wod. All the movements require you to solely move your bodyweight. So get some poker chips out and start knocking down rounds! Our normal scales for pullups and pushups will apply.
