In Teams of 3 complete:
- 3000 Meter Row
- 100 Squats
- 75 Pullups
- 50 Pushups
Team work makes the dream work! One teammate will work on the row, then the team will move on to squats. Two teammates can work at a time on the bodyweight movements. As always, this is completely scalable to all levels. Have fun!
